Mail Rooms are closed during the summer (Circles is partially open).

Students moving out of Ithaca for the summer will have unclaimed mail and packages forwarded home after Fri May 27. Any mail or packages received after this date will be forwarded home as well. (NOTE: Only US Mail can be forwarded at no cost. All other carriers require additional payment to ship packages to a new address. Contact us if you need assistance doing this).

Circles residents may still receive mail in their mailboxes up to the July 7 move out date. Packages are available to pick up from Phillips Hall Post Office until this date.

Students living in Ithaca for the summer can receive mail and packages at the campus. This will be held at Phillips Hall Post Office only when the following steps are completed.

Hold Mail will end on Friday August 12th. After this, mail will be kept at the Mail Center (and re-addressed, if necessary, with the fall semester on-campus information). Circles mail will resume sorting to mailboxes the week of Aug 15th. All other mailrooms will resume sorting to mailboxes on Mon Aug 22nd.
