Ithaca College's online travel booking program will be moving to Egencia in June.
Great news! Ithaca College’s online travel booking program will be moving to Egencia in June. Expedia, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of Orbitz Worldwide, including Orbitz for Business. As a result, Orbitz for Business will be migrating to Egencia, Expedia’s corporate travel business.
On June 20th, Ithaca College employees will receive an email with login credentials and instructions for how to book your next business trip on Egencia. Your traveler profile information will be migrated over by our team. However, for security reasons, you will need to enter your credit card and passport information once migrated to the Egencia site.
If possible, please hold off booking travel from now until after June 20th so you can book through Egencia. Feel free to contact Sheryl Scott, Travel Services (sscott@ithaca.edu) with questions or if you need to book travel before June 20th.
