Performance Review Deadline is Thursday, June 30, 2016

The Online Performance Review process for FY 2015-16 is currently available. The performance review process can be accessed through IC Employee Self-Service in Parnassus. All performance reviews must be completed and acknowledged by Thursday, June 30, 2016.

A few things to note:

At this time, Parnassus can only be accessed using:

Internet Explorer (Windows)

Safari (Mac)

Step-by-step instructions, as well as other helpful resources for completing the process can be found at https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/development/performancereview/.

When you receive a Parnassus Workflow email notification stating that acknowledgement is required for your performance review, you should log into Parnassus and view the notification in your “worklist” (do not go into IC Employee Self-Service to do this). You can then open the performance review and acknowledge when appropriate.

There is still time to attend a workshop focused on performance reviews. We are offering two opportunities during the month of June.

June 14, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Room # 52, Peggy Ryan Williams Center

The Performance Review Workshop – This workshop is intended to guide supervisors through the online process.

June 24, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Room # 52, Peggy Ryan Williams Center

The Performance Evaluation – Creating Space for the Conversation

Facilitated by Jeff Shepardson, Conflict Dispute Resolution Center

This session will present strategies and skills for the performance review process. Participants will be exploring the nature of conflict present in most evaluation processes and how that potentially negative dynamic can be transformed by skills and strategies that create and hold space for the conversation.
