Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell Named Director of Programs and Outreach

I am pleased to announce that Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell, an educator inside and outside the classroom at Ithaca College since 2003, has been hired in the newly established position of Director for Program and Outreach within the Division of Educational Affairs.

In this role, Dr. Bradwell will provide leadership with the Associate Provost for Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement as well as with the Office of Multicultural Affairs for program planning, outreach support for students, and faculty and staff collaborations. In addition, Dr. Bradwell will be asked to develop and support learning opportunities in the area of diversity and inclusion, and provide support for students with concerns about bias-related incidents. 

Beyond his work on campus, Dr. Bradwell will also be asked to aid campus-community outreach efforts. As a three-time elected member of the Ithaca City School District Board of Education, Dr. Bradwell has already been active in this area.In both his professional and community work, Dr. Bradwell has committed to improving the educational experiences of all students.  “Creating dynamic learning spaces for all students has been one of the cornerstones of my professional work. I look forward to developing new collaborations and innovative partnerships to create a more inclusive Ithaca campus,” says Bradwell.
