Our new students will arrive on Sunday, August 21, 2016.
Faculty and staff who volunteer will attend a training session at 11 am on Thursday, August 18, 2016 (directly following the all-college meeting) in Emerson Suites. Training for students will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the Park Auditorium.
By following the link below, volunteers can indicate the shift(s) they will work. The shifts are two hours long: 9am – 11am; 11am – 1pm; 1pm – 3pm; 3pm – 5pm. You will need to arrive at a check-in location 15 minutes prior to your shift, where you will be given your location assignment. Details on this will be provided at the training session.
