Applications are now open for all IC students who are interested in spending a weekend away from campus exploring issues of oppression, privilege, and identity. Join us at the15th annual Cross-Cultural Leadership Retreat (CCLR) for the opportunity to learn and engage in meaningful discussions.
Presented by the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs (OSEMA), Cross-Cultural Leadership Retreat provides a space for students to reflect on their own identity along with others’ and how their identity shapes their experiences in the world. During the retreat, students will have the opportunity to discuss social justice, activism, diversity, inclusion, and more in both large and small groups.
The retreat is held off campus and transportation, meals, and lodging are provided at no cost to the participants. The bus will depart from Ithaca College’s Campus Friday afternoon, November 11 and will return Sunday afternoon, November 13.
Interested students should submit their application on OrgSync no later than 5:00pm on Friday, September 30. We invite all students of any race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, socio-economic status, and physical or learning ability to apply. Find out more information on the CCLR website.
