Fall IC A Healthy Me Challenge - Stepping Into a Healthier You!

This October we are bringing to you a new IC A Healthy Me Challenge that will really get you on your feet! 

The Stepping Into a Healthier You Challenge will involve tracking your steps to meet a daily and a weekly goal. For one month (10/03 - 10/28), we challenge you to get moving and compete against other faculty and staff members to see who can get the most steps within four weeks.

There will be 2 prizes awarded. One to the individual with the most steps at the end of the challenge and one to the individual who accomplished the weekly goal each week. If multiple individuals qualify for a prize, a random drawing will take place to determine the winner. 

You are welcome to use any device such as a pedometer, smart phone, fitbit, or jawbone to track your steps. If you do not have any device that can do such, we will provide you with a pedometer. So join us in our efforts to get stepping!
