Here's the 10 reasons you should come to the 10th annual Walk for Plumpy'nut

This Year's 10th annual Walk for Plumpy’Nut in Cass Park on October 23rd will be one of our biggest events yet. Dedicated to sending Plumpy'nut to Ethiopia to combat issues of malnutrition worldwide, Food For Thought hopes that this year’s event will be biggest and best one yet!

What is Plumpy’Nut?

Plumpy’Nut is a therapeutic peanut butter paste that is used to help children overcome malnutrition all over the world. It is nutrient rich and ready-to-eat, unlike similar products that require refrigeration or water. All proceeds from this year’s walk will go to providing children in Ethiopia with plumpy’nut.

How can you help?

Come to the Walk for Plumpy’Nut on Sunday, October 23rd from 12:00pm-2:00pm in Cass Park. We’ll be tie-dyeing this year's t-shirts, offering awesome raffle prizes and providing FREE snacks! To be a part of the fun join our facebook event and purchase your tickets today!

Pre-registration is $10 a person and there is a special discount for groups of more than 5! With your support, we can end world hunger like it's just a walk in the park!
