Got silence?

 We are offering a silent 3-hour retreat on Sunday, October 2, 1-4 pm in Hill 107.

All are welcome to experience an interval of silence.  Participants will be guided in a variety of mindfulness practices, including meditation and yoga.  Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to turn off your electronic devices!  No experience is necessary.
