In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act [20 USC 1092(f)], otherwise known as the “Clery Act”, the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management is responsible for preparing, publishing and distributing an annual report by October 1 of each year for the purpose of disclosing and disseminating certain information as outlined below.
Recent and continued amendments to this federal law add provisions dealing with specific content found in the publication, including but not limited to the following information which you have a right to know:

Paper copies of the publication are also available upon request. The crime and fire statistics for Ithaca College are submitted to the U.S. Department of Education through a web-based data collection system and can be viewed at the following web address: http://ope.ed.gov/Security/
