If you have begun to enter your budgets in BudgetPak and do not want the data erased,it is imperative that you notify Sarah Kane via email (skane1@ithaca.edu) no later than 12pm (noon) on Thursday, September 29th. Please clearly state the Unit Number/Department Number.
In order to finalize the system, BudgetPak will be unavailable for the entire day on Friday, September 30th, 2016. If we do not receive an email notification and there has been activity in your unit, it will be cleared out. For those who have already contacted Sarah, your department has been noted and your work will not be erased. The Budget Office would like to remind all BudgetPak users that the software will officially be open for your proposed FY18 Budget entry on Monday, October 3rd, 2016.
