Help fight world hunger at the 10th Annual Walk for Plumpy’Nut!

IC’s Food For Thought will be hosting its 10th Annual Walk for Plumpy’Nut on Sunday, October 23rd from 12:00pm – 2:00pm in Cass Park! Food For Thought is an organization dedicated to serving children around the world who are denied access adequate food and proper nutrition. All proceeds from the walk will go towards providing malnourished children in Ethiopia with Plumpy’Nut, a therapeutic, nutrient rich peanut paste. The Walk for Plumpy’Nut will feature a tie-dye station, free snacks, music and entertainment, and raffles for great prizes! Food For Thought will be selling tickets in campus center from Monday, October 17th, until Thursday, October 20th. Tickets are $10, or $7 for a group of 5 or more. Don’t miss out on your chance to get involved in this great cause! Solving world hunger is just a walk in the park!
