On October 13, 2016 Carl Cohen, Ithaca College’s Parking Services Supervisor was elected to the Board of Trustees for the New York State Parking Association (NYSPA) at the association’s Annual Meeting at Tuning Stone Casino in Verona New York. Carl was a founding member of NYSPA in 1992. He is proud to be providing leadership in the parking industry in New York State after a 13 year absence before assuming his current position at Ithaca College in May of 2014.
