Nanowrimo is a worldwide phenomenon where each participant makes a month-long commitment to write a 50,000 word novel. This means writing roughly 1,600 words a day for the 30 days in November. Come to Friends 102 on October 31, from 8-9pm for our Nanowrimo kickoff to get more details about this exciting opportunity. While you're there, you can meet other interested students, and even make a few writing buddies, while you snack on some free food and refreshments. Bring your friends, your roommates, your hall mates! Everyone is invited.
