Phillips Hall Post Office - Reduced service Fri 11/11

 Due to urgent maintenance, the following service changes will be in place.

• Student package pickup - Relocated to the book return window just around the corner from the current Post Office location. No other service restrictions expected, although delays may be encountered due to space limitations. Please have your ID ready. Open 8:30am - 4:30pm.

• No sales of stamps or postage - Due to the coinciding Veterans Day holiday, the US Postal Service will not be picking up outgoing mail. Therefore we will not accept stamped mail or prepaid USPS packages. Stamped mail can be placed in the blue US Mail pickup box located outside Campus Center which should have normal pickup resuming on Sat 11/12. Prepaid packages should be held until Monday 11/14.

• Outgoing departmental mail and USPS packages will not be accepted at this location and should be held until Monday 11/14 (mail can still be dropped off at the Mail Center for 11/14 pickup). 

• UPS, FedEx, and DHL are not affected by the holiday. These packages can still be dropped off as normal until 2:30pm at the temporary service window.

These changes do not affect other Mail Services around campus. The Mail Center will still perform regular morning and afternoon departmental mail and package runs with pickups and deliveries, although incoming and outgoing US Mail will be affected by the holiday.
