Parking Services Announces a Major Customer Service Enhancement Upgrade to its Parking Management System.
Over the last several months Parking Services has been working with its parking management system vendor T2Sytems on a major upgrade to its online ebusiness solution. Upgrades have been implemented incrementally and are now fully operational.

FlexPort is a full featured customer portal that allows deep access to your customer account information. It is an ecommerce platform customers can use to purchase permits, pay and appeal citations as well as review important parking information, and more. It has a sleek and streamlined look with intuitive links for our customers to click through. Knowing many customers will access FlexPort from their mobile devices, these upgrades make the site more mobile friendly. The landing page puts what you use most often front and center. Centralizing this information reduces the number of steps you need to go through to get things done, making the site all-around easier to use.
Key Upgrade Featured Include:
· The ability for customers to change and update vehicle information
· The ability to see complete permit and citation history
· The appeals module allows appellants to view citation details including all photos taken at the time a ticket was written and attach their own photos and supporting documentation
