DIIS will be updating one of our authentication systems at 8:30 AM on Monday, March 13th (the first day of spring break, when the college is closed). The impact will be limited to just the services listed below. We will be coordinating with each service provider, and login to these services will be unavailable starting at 8:30 am until each service provider completes their portion of the work that morning or afternoon. All other services will remain available throughout the day.
Services impacted:
This is a required change that will allow us to add more services to our single sign-on, reducing the number of different logins we all need to perform each day. This day was chosen because, almost uniquely, the college will be closed but our service providers will be available to do their portions. If the disruption to one or more of these services on this day will be particularly problematic, please let us know by close of business on Monday, February 20th.
