Do you find that it is hard to budget your money?  Are you overwhelmed by promises of “easy money” and credit card offers that arrive in your mailbox?  Wondering what are smart choices for paying for college?  Help is on the way!

The Office of Student Financial Services, in conjunction with the Student Success Committee, is happy to announce a new tool available for students, faculty, staff and alumni.  Partnering with the company Inceptia, an online financial literacy education program is now available for use by all members of the campus community.  Accessing “Financial Avenue” is easy – simply go to the Financial Literacy tab on the Student Financial Services website and follow the instructions to sign up!  Once on the site, explore self-paced courses, articles, quizzes and tips to prepare you for financial success.

Look for more information on this great new service throughout the year.   We welcome your input  as we evaluate the success of this new venture; give us your feedback on the program at finlit@ithaca.edu.
