On March 22 and 23, 2017 all Ithaca College community members received a direct email that shared the updated draft of the proposed charter of shared governance. Also shared was an FAQ document that outlines the feedback the Shared Governance Task Force received following the release of the initial draft in the Fall.
An anonymous survey link was also provided for campus community members to provide the task force with feedback on the updated draft.
The survey will close on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11:59 pm.
A final draft of the Charter of Shared Governance will be sent for your consideration in early April. At that point, we will be polling the campus to assess the level of support of the Charter. We will be sharing the final proposed Charter of Shared Governance and the results of the campus poll with the Board of Trustees at their meeting in May of 2017.
