Apply for the CP Snow Scholar Award! Deadline extended to April 7

 Do you bridge the humanities and the sciences? If so, apply for the $500 CP Snow Scholar Award!

The C. P. Snow Scholar Award, a $500 gift, is presented to one or two students each year "who have fulfilled Snow's vision in their schoolwork and extracurricular activities" by finding a way to bridge the gap between the sciences and the humanities.

Eligible applicants should have junior or senior standing, a minimum GPA of 3.0 (submit transcript), and have demonstrated a record of interdisciplinary work within the humanities and sciences beyond course work.

Complete applications include:

• Two letters of recommendation submitted from faculty
• A 1000-word essay that discusses why you think the integration of the humanities and sciences is important and explains what you are doing about it through your academic program, interdisciplinary work and study, and/or your external activities.
• Copy of transcript (unofficial is fine)
