There is a mandatory software upgrade to the United States Postal Service meter label solution that resulted in the inability for users to print to their network printers.
The USPS is aware of the problem and has provided the below work around.
Our developers have identified a temporary workaround while a more permanent patch is currently finalize. In the interim, please select your "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" as the printer when selecting your printer device. This will allow you to print to a "virtual file". You can then open this file and print as normal.
