The Steering Committee and Working Groups of our Middle States Self-Study are pleased to present the campus community with a draft of the self-study report for community comments and feedback.

The full draft report and on-line feedback survey will be available to the entire Ithaca College community until Monday, May 15th, 2017. For access to the report and instructions for giving feedback go to:

ithaca.compliance-assist.com

and login with your Ithaca College netpass ID and password (the same as for access to other IC on-line resources). Note that the login is intended to allow report access to IC community members only, but the feedback survey takes you to a different site that does not record identifying information. Your feedback is anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself so that we can contact you with follow-up questions.

Once you login, click on ‘Accreditation’ and then ‘Campus Community Review Instructions’ at the top of the left-hand side bar. There you will find a link to the feedback survey, which contains links to the report sections. You can check one or multiple sections to review and the questionnaire will allow you to navigate forward and backwards. Once you select one or more sections of the report to review and hit the forward arrow at the bottom of the page you will get a questionnaire with a link at the top to the criteria for that section and the corresponding report narrative. This will open in a new tab or window in your web browser for easier navigation from the report to the feedback form.

If you would like to browse the report before you complete the survey, you can navigate directly to the report by clicking ‘Self-Study Report’ on the top tool bar. You can always get to the feedback form through the Review Instructions page.

Please read the instructions carefully as they give guidelines for feedback that will be most helpful in revising the report and will avoid reviewers wasting time on types of feedback that are not necessary at this time.

Note that individuals can access the survey multiple times so you do not have to complete your review in one session.

If you have questions about the feedback process or have trouble accessing the report or feedback survey system, please contact the Self-Study Steering Committee co-chairs directly:
