Students from the Study Abroad in Cuba program will present on their experiences as part of the "Arts and Culture in Cuba" course. 21 students travelled to Cuba with professors Lindsay Gilmour (Theatre Arts), Arturo Sinclair (Park) and Enrique González-Conty (Modern Languages) to learn more about this Caribbean island. The presentation will take place on Friday April 21st from 4-5pm in Studio 6 of Job Hall (near the ramp toward Dillingham).
They will share their insights about Cuban politics, music, dance, and film, as well as their own personal experiences abroad. Come prepared to enjoy a Cuban dance workshop, poetry, videos, pictures and more!
This event is free and open to the public. Please invite your friends and anyone that might be interested.
