Professor Barney Beins presented a keynote address entitled The Many Colors of Psychology: A Sociocultural History at the annual convention of the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA) in Boston. He also participated in the symposium "Psychology Reconceptualized: Thinking and Responding" with a talk entitled Did Chomsky’s Review of Verbal Behavior Really Cause Behaviorism’s Collapse?. He chaired that symposium and chaired another symposium, "Psychology Reconceptualized: Self and Other."
He also serves on the EPA Board of Directors and is on the program planning committee.
