Think primates are cool? Register for ANTH 30800 Field Methods in Primatology and learn how we collect both behavioral and ecological data!

This course will teach you how we learn about the behavior and ecology of our closest living relatives, the nonhuman primates. As a 4-credit course, we will have both lecture (TR 9:25) and lab (ignore the placeholder on Homer for S 3:00), which will take place on several weekend days at the zoo in Syracuse, as well as some time in the surrounding woods on campus conducting ecological measurements! Times for weekend labs will be determined at the beginning of the course to meet the needs of the class. If you don’t have the prerequisites, send me an override request and I will waive them so that you can register. All interested students are welcome!

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Lisa Corewyn at lcorewyn@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-1384. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
