Ithaca Dining Services Welcomes Ithaca’s Own Gimme! Coffee to Business School Café

Some exciting news has been developing on the campus dining front! IC Dining/Sodexo has partnered with Ithaca’s own Gimme! Coffee to increase local, sustainable offerings on Ithaca College’s campus. Gimme! Coffee was founded by Kevin Cuddeback in 2000, who secures fair-trade coffee by building relationships with coffee growers worldwide. Gimme! Coffee will be served beginning in the Fall 2017 Semester at The Business School Café, located in atrium level of the LEED certified Dorothy D. and Roy H. Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise. Gimme! Coffee will provide Ithaca Dining Services with its coffee and train baristas on how to brew your Morning Joe, Lattes, and Americanos to perfection. Current Hours of Operation at The Business School Café are Monday—Thursday, 8:00 AM—4:00 PM and 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Fridays.
