Summer Mail and Packages for Students

For all residents in Terraces, Towers, All Quads, Emerson, and Gardens -mailrooms are CLOSED for the summer. (Circles residents Click here)

After Fri MAY 26, students who have moved out of Ithaca for the summer will have any remaining unclaimed mail and packages forwarded home to their permanent address on file. Any mail or packages received after this date will be forwarded home as well. (NOTE: Only US Mail can be forwarded at no cost. All other carriers require additional payment to ship packages to a new address. We automatically return such packages unless new shipping is arranged. Contact us if you need assistance doing this).

STUDENTS LIVING IN ITHACA FOR THE SUMMER can receive mail and packages at the campus. Everything will be held at Phillips Hall Post Office only when the following steps are completed.

A HOLD MAIL at Phillips Hall card must be filed with the Registrar's office by MAY 26 so that Mail Service knows how to handle your mail and packages. These cards are available at the Phillips Hall Post Office and at the Mail Center.
