TCAT Route 11 cannot access IC Towers effective immediately through August

Due to construction, the TCAT Route 11 bus is unable to access the Towers at Ithaca College, likely through mid-August or until further notice.

Outbound stop: Relocated to the second entrance of Flora Brown Dr. parking lot.
Inbound stop: Relocated to Flora Brown Dr @ Tower Skyline Rd
