Fall 2017 - Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes at Longview

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program designed to provide you with tools you need to take care of yourself. These classes are offered free of charge to those caring for spouses, parents or other adult relatives/friends.
 

This program consists of 90-minute class sessions offered weekly for six consecutive weeks. Participants will learn to:

The Fall 2017 course will be held in the Ithaca College Classroom at Longview on six Tuesday evenings (September 19th - October 24th) from 5:30 - 7:00 PM.

Register as early as possible as class size is limited.  To register or inquire about the program, call the Tompkins County Office for the Aging at 607-274-5482.

Note that this program is not intended for professional caregivers.
