Package notification emails not being sent

The vendor for IC Mail service's tracking system has experienced a massive failure in it's email notification system. 

Students who tracked packages online and saw deliveries to Ithaca College on 9/6, but have not received a pickup notification from us (noreply@sqbx) should have a package available. Please bring your ID to your regular pickup location.

Please note this problem extends into today's deliveries as well, however we are facing a massive volume to still work through. If you are expecting something today, it will likely not be available until the day after (EXCEPTION: all NEXT DAY Express packages are prioritized and made available the same day received).

We are waiting for a fix from our vendor and expect those emails to be released as soon as possible. We apologize for these further delays as we work to manage the late arrival and high volume.
