Career Services Now Offering: MBTI & Strong Interest Inventory Group Interpretation Sessions

Want help figuring out your majors/minors, career plans, and primary motivators? Join Career Services for an MBTI Group Interpretation session to learn more about your natural psychological tendencies as they relate to your career development, and/or a Strong Interest Inventory session for help identifying your career motivators and top interests.

Personality & Careers: Group Exploration Using the MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a psychological assessment tool used to help people understand and make decisions about many facets of life, including career development. In these sessions (offered every other week), students will learn the components and general applications of the MBTI as well as receive their own customized MBTI Career Report.

DATE:            9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7, 11/28
TIME:             3:00-3:50 p.m.
LOCATION:   Career Services

*Registration on Handshake is required by 3 p.m. the previous day*
*Students MUST take the MBTI online assessment no later than 2 p.m. the day of the workshop if they wish to receive a SII Career Report.

Interests & Careers: Group Exploration Using the Strong Interest Inventory
The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) measures career and leisure interests and is used to aid people in making educational and career decisions. In these sessions (offered every other week), students will learn the components of John Holland's Theory of Career Choice (on which the Strong Interest Inventory is based) and determine their own "Holland Code" as well as receive their own customized Strong Interest Inventory College Report.
