Come join us in IC Square for mummy wrapping contest, donut on a string contest, and a costume contest. Where your scariest, funniest, or most original Halloween costume to win prizes! DIY's will include baby pumpkin painting, face painting, and ghost paper bags. There will also be free food and raffled prizes.
