Our All Supervisors’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in Emerson Suites. The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 11:00 a.m. Refreshments will be available and all supervisors are encouraged to attend.
During our meeting, we will focus on effective communication strategies for leaders. Managing crucial conversations is a required skills for communicating when the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. We have invited Justin Hale, Crucial Conversations Master Trainer at VitalSmarts, to be our guest speaker. Mr. Hale will share insights and benefits of the Crucial Conversations program.
