The Office of the Registrar is in the process of updating all Course Waiver Substitution forms to Degree Works; we ask for your patience while we make this transition from HomerConnect to Degree Works. Please do not be alarmed if you do not see the Course Waiver Substitution completed at this time, we are working on them.
Any approved Course Waiver Substitution forms that were submitted to the Office of the Registrar from October 1, 2017 forward will be processed in the Degree Evaluation system that is relevant to the student’s catalog. Regardless of their catalog, students who are graduating prior to August 2018, Course Waiver Substitutions will remain in the current Degree Evaluation system in HomerConnect.
For faculty and advisors: if you do not see a Course Waiver Substitution form that you have submitted prior to October 1, 2017 processed, look in the student’s Degree Evaluation that is relevant their catalog year. For example, if the catalog year is fall 2016/2017 or fall 2017/2018, and they are graduating after June 2018, these Course Waiver Substitutions will only be in in Degree Works.
If you are a December 2017, May 2018, or June 2018 graduate regardless of catalog year, your Degree Evaluation system is in HomerConnect.
