Teaching and Learning with Technology (IT) would like to invite instructors interested in learning more about how others use Sakai to the Sakai Virtual Conference on Tuesday, November 14th hosted by Apereo Foundation, the non-profit organization which develops and sustains open source software. This faculty-friendly event is targeted toward the teaching and learning aspects of using Sakai, but technical topics are also covered.  TLT is willing to cover the registration costs for any faculty member who would like to get an online access key to participate in some or all of the conference from anywhere.

The conference runs from 9:00-4:30 but you can view only the sessions you are interested in from your own computer or watch the recordings at a later time. Please check out the Program Grid and the Session Descriptions to see tracks in:

Please contact Marilyn Dispensa mdispensa@ithaca.edu by Tuesday, November 7th if you are interested in a registration for this conference.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Marilyn Dispensa at mdispensa@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3647. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
