Saturday, November 11, the Cortaca Jug game will be held on our campus. This is one of our largest events, and we are expecting an attendance of more than 10,000 students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors for this year's game.
We are seeking additional faculty and staff volunteers to help welcome guests to campus and to demonstrate our Bomber pride. Volunteers will assist with providing directions, monitoring the tailgate lot, and ushering on and around the field. Training will begin at 9:00 a.m. the day of the game and the assignment will last until approximately 3:00 p.m. Non-exempt employees will receive overtime pay, just as they do for Commencement usher duties. Additionally, the Campus Center Dining Hall will be open at 8:00 a.m. to anyone with and Ithaca College ID, so you can enjoy a free hot breakfast before the game.
Please sign up using the link below no later than Wednesday, November 8, 2017 if you are able to join us. If you have questions, contact Lynne Pierce at lpierce@ithaca.edu or Andrew Kosinuk at akosinuk@ithaca.edu.
