Timecards Due Early

Due to the College's holiday break, timecards for the pay period December 11-December 24, must be submitted and approved by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20th. Any timecards not submitted and approved by this date might not be processed in time for payment on Friday, December 29.

Direct deposits for this pay period will be in employees' accounts on Friday, December 29. If you do not have direct deposit, paychecks will be available to pick up on Friday, December 22nd, but they will be dated for December 29 and cannot be cashed until that date. If you will not be on campus on December 22nd and need your check mailed home, or if any changes need to be made to your timecard after it is approved, please call the Payroll Office at (607) 274-3874, (607) 274-3133, or email payroll@ithaca.edu.
