Plan to spend some time enjoying data activities at IC Data Day on Wednesday, February 21st.

In line with our mission and institutional commitment, the Office of Analytics and Institutional Research (AIR) is in the final planning stages of the inaugural IC Data Day, to be held on February 21st in the Clark and Klingenstein lounges.  Refreshments will be provided.  So please save the day on your calendar!  You can come for the whole day, or pick a session of particular interest.

IC Data Day celebrates and promotes a culture of data-informed decision making for student success.    All discussions will be student-focused and will include:

  1. Sharing the Math Modeling Competition Experience by Dr. Ted Galanthay (Mathematics) and his students

  2. An informative faculty and student panel discussion on “Analytics Education at IC”

  3. “How to Increase Your Probability of Landing Your Dream Job” by Career Services and AIR

  4. Data-centered informal discussions over refreshments (topics include: Tableau user group, Qualtrics user group, IC Data Warehouse in AWS, etc.)

 More details coming soon!
