Instructional Design is the practice of creating "instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing."(Merrill,1996). Processes and components include the aims and objectives, subject matter, materials and devices to be used, time frame, anticipated problems and procedures, motivation, teaching strategies and techniques and evaluation for achieving desired results.
