The Fitness Center's Spring 2018 group fitness schedule will begin on Monday 1/29/18. All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available 12 hours in advance online at recreation.ithaca.edu as well as at the Fitness Center front desk. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please register early, and plan on arriving a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
