The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival in Your Classroom

01/24/18

Contributed by Thomas Shevory

Would you like to sponsor an event in your class during the week of the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival.  It's our twentieth anniversary, and there's still time.

This year's festival theme is: Geographies.

We have films, new media projects, festival guests, and more; all available for in-class bookings. You can choose one section of one class, or multiple sections of several classes.  It's up to you.

We do our best to tailor our event to your specific interests, with a wide array of topics that move well beyond narrow definitions of what constitutes "environmental." If we cannot find something suitable, there's no commitment on your part.  We will work with you.  No risk in giving it a try.

In exchange for participating, all we ask is that you open the class section to the public for the event, announce it as a FLEFF event, facilitate a discussion, and lead audiences to our website.

Dates for in-class events are Monday, April 9 through Friday, April 13, 2018. All class times and lengths can be accommodated.

Be a part of FLEFF on campus!
