Apartment Selection begins on February 20th!

Apartment housing Selection for the 2018-2019 academic year begins on Tuesday, February 20th, with Circle Apartment Retention (squatting).  Groups of students with an average of 2.2+ completed semesters by the end of fall 2017 are eligible to log onto HomerConnect and try to select a Circle or Garden apartment through the Housing Portal. Remember - apartments require that a group completely fill all spaces within an apartment. Group leaders only should log into HomerConnect to select an apartment for the entire group. Apartment Housing selection dates and times are listed below.

Update – please note that the apartment selection time windows have been modified to better accommodate the selection process. The new times are listed below in the “apartment selection time key”. 

• Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018: Circle Apartment Retention (Squatting your current apartment), starting at 9 AM
• Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018: 3 & 4 Person Circle Apartment Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM (see the selection key listed below)
• Thursday, March 1, 2018: 5-Person Circle Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM
• Tuesday, March 6, 2018: 6-Person Circle Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM
• Thursday, March 8, 2018:  Individual requests to live in the Circle Apartments are due by email to housing@ithaca.edu before 5 PM
• Tuesday, March 20, 2018: Garden Apartment Retention (Squatting your current apartment), beginning at 9 AM.  Email notifications sent for individual students approved to live in the Circle Apartments.
• Thursday, March 22, 2018: 6-Person Garden Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM
• Tuesday, March 27, 2018: 4-Person Garden Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM
• Thursday, March 29, 2018: 2-Person Garden Selection for rising juniors and seniors, starting at 7 AM.  Individual requests to live in the Garden Apartments are due by email to housing@ithaca.edu before 5 PM
• Tuesday, April 3, 2018:  Email notifications sent for individual students approved to live in the Garden  Apartments

• 7:00-7:30 AM: Students with 5+ semesters select housing*
• 7:30 - 10:59 AM: Students with 4+ semesters select housing*
• 11:00-11:59 AM: View all Available housing
• 12:00-12:30 PM: Students with 3.25+ semesters select housing*
• 12:30 - 2:00 PM: Students with 3+ semesters select housing*
• 2:01-2:59 PM: View all Available housing
• 3:00-5:00 PM: Students with 2.2+ semesters select housing
