So you’ve probably heard mixed messages about negotiating your salary, especially as a soon-to-be entry level employee. While there is no one-size-fits-all model for salary negotiation, there are strategies you can use regardless of industry and experience level. You also may have heard that women are far less likely to negotiate than men, which contributes to the gender pay gap. Come to this session to learn how to navigate this sensitive process including how and when to bring it up, how to prepare, and what subjects you can negotiate… And why it’s particularly important for women to learn successful negotiation strategies.
