Ithaca College Peer Success Coaches are trained to coach their peers through many of the same challenges they may have faced. They function as listeners and motivational partners. They can help students develop skills and habits such as:
· Goal setting
· Time management
· Self-reflection
· Study strategies
· Communication with professors
· Connection to campus resources
· Accountability
· Getting involved on campus
