Join us at the Range on Wednesday, March 28, featuring IC professor and chair of the Dept. of Enviromental Studies and Sciences, Jason Hamilton!
You are cordially invited to join IC alumni, family, and friends in grabbing a drink and experiencing learning like never before at our next faculty speaker series, “Brains in a Bar.” This series mixes socializing and learning in a fun and casual environment, with each event hosting a discussion in a particular discipline led by faculty experts.
This time, we're featuring IC professor and chair of the Department of Environmental Studies and Sciences, Jason Hamilton. Jason's talk will focus on "What's possible if you allow yourself to imagine." Eight years ago, the students of Ithaca College imagined a program about non-timber forest products. Since its start, the program has continued to grow, bringing together environmental science, experiential education, and an entrepreneurial program for the students. Are you wondering what are "non-timber forest products?" Meet us at The Range so Jason can introduce us to these gifts of the forest.
