This is an ongoing initiative to support associate professors who may be considering applying for promotion to professor in the next few years. As part of our discussions, we have invited Dean Vincent Wang, of H&S, to share with us his interpretation of "sustained/ consistent" scholarship, one of the criteria for promotion.
