Do you know a student who is struggling with some aspects of their health and wellness?

Getting good sleep                   Managing stress
Nutrition and fitness                Practicing mindfulness
Finding their purpose              Alcohol and other drug use

The IC Center for Health Promotion offers THRIVE wellness coaching for students who would like assistance and support with a variety of health and wellness concerns. Here’s how it works:
