Meditation opportunities

 If you want to learn about meditation, Mary Ann Erickson is offering a 3-session workshop presenting different techniques to help reduce stress. 

Sessions start this Friday 3/23, 3-4 pm in Friends 309. Beginners and non-beginners welcome.

Also please drop in to the chapel for open meditation sessions Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon and Thursdays at 4.
