The Commencement Committee would like to congratulate the Senior Class for doing a phenomenal job in responding to the request for the information needed for the graduation ceremony this year.

1,268 graduates registered to participate in graduation and have their names read and 532 graduates created a slide to be shared with their families in the stadium at the time we closed registration for graduation on Friday, March 30.

Thank you so much for your cooperation with us as we implement this important new process.

For those of you who missed the deadline, don’t fret – you can still participate in the ceremony, walk across the stage, and have your name read.  All students who are eligible to graduate in May can attend and participate in all aspects of the ceremony.  However, the MarchingOrder website is now closed and we are not able to add any additional information about how to pronounce names, and no more “thank you” slides can be added to the system.

At the Graduate Fair on March 27 we distributed an information sheet that outlines all of the things you need to make sure you do before graduation.  We’ve added this sheet to the Commencement website and you can view and download it by following the link in the side-bar here.  This important document is a great guide for you as you continue to prepare for May 20, 2018.

If you haven’t yet pre-ordered your regalia, please do that soon (before April 13) so the Campus Store can be sure to have the correct size and length for you in stock for Senior Week.  No payment is required until you pick up your regalia the week before Commencement.
