Career Development Drop-In Hours for Music Students

Career Services is excited to announce that we have satellite drop-in hours for music students!

• When: Every Thursday from 12 – 1 p.m.
• Where: Music School Main Office Conference Room

This hour is designed to serve all majors and class years within the School of Music. Come see us this Thursday! Sign up online in advance to reserve your spot (instructions below).

Let us help you with:

• Information about auditions, festivals, job postings, & internships
• Connecting with IC alumnx in the field
• Interviewing and networking techniques
• Self-promotion and digital branding advice (LinkedIn, personal website, business cards, etc.)
• Creating customized resumes (performance, teaching, administration, etc.)
• Grad school application procedures and materials

Sign up for a drop-in using your Handshake account:

• Log into Handshake (use Netpass credentials): https://ithaca.joinhandshake.com/
• From the Career Center drop down menu, choose Appointments
• Click the Schedule New Appointment button
• From the menu options, choose Appointment: School of Music
• On the appointment type page choose, Appointment: School of Music
• Choose a meeting time
